About two thousand years ago, Jesus was publicly crucified. His followers were so sad and confused. They thought all their hope was gone. But on the third day, something wonderful happened—Jesus rose from the dead!The message Jesus taught the disciples was very clear about what was going to happen. He was going to leave them and would later return and establish a kingdom on the earth.
